The patient airway isolation dome provides extra protection for healthcare professionals by reducing the spread of hazardous contagious airborne pathogens when carrying out critical AGP procedures such as endotracheal intubation.
The dome was developed in partnership with the Anaesthetic Department of Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
